Information we may process

We may process account information, content you submit for generation, saved publishing plans, app preferences, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a supported platform such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, authorization is handled through that platform's official sign-in process. Upload Brain may receive access tokens and approved account information needed to provide the requested connection. We do not receive your platform password.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide app features, generate content suggestions, save your settings, support account connections, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app, process authorized requests, host data, or comply with law.

Data retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal requirements, security, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the support page.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Upload Brain is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
